As a Master Certified Coach I’m certified to deliver key specific leadership tools & programs. These results-focused tools have each been hand picked by me for you. They are leadership tools and programs that can be worked on either online, face to face or via workbooks. I have created two powerful *online tools that are getting results for individuals:

*Personal Development Plan

This is a powerful, personal career development tool that focuses on you, your current career position and your future! It has been designed to help you get clear clarity in your career.

*Career Trajectory

This specific tool designed to put your career into 10 year blocks so you can focus on what you need to do in order to leave your own legacy.

MLEI (Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory)

Do you know your predominant leadership traits? Do you know your maturity level? The MLEI can help you determine answers to both of these key leadership questions. The MLEI is completed online and is for leaders, managers and high potential individuals who want to understand ‘who they are as a leader’.

It focuses on nine key leadership areas and once completed allows you to create paths to grow and mature into the leader you must become. We have over 7,500 global leaders in our database (so you know you will be surrounded by the very best leaders in the world.

Working with me, your objective post test is to optimise the ‘mature’ elements of your predominant type and create paths to grow and mature in each of the other eight types. You will receive a detailed 12 page report.

STLI360 (Strategic Tactical Leadership Index - 360)

This multi-rater survey is designed to assist you in your professional development. Every aspect of the process is customised to you and your organisation and the core competencies beloved to be important to your professional growth and development. When used effectively, the survey will:

  • encourage candid and honest communication between you and your colleagues

  • help you identify your professional strengths and development opportunities

  • establish a quantitative baseline that will allow you to asses your progress as a leader, manager or high potential person

  • guide your conversations with your colleagues to ensure you remain informed of others’ observations and suggestions

  • demonstrate your organisations commitment to your professional development

Typically I involve 5-7 key stakeholders those being, your manager, your peers and your reports. You receive a 40 page custom report comparing your self-assessment ratings to your stakeholder’s (manager, peers, direct reports, indirect reports, and other) ratings. It also details your highest and lowest rated competencies and behaviours; highlighting your most significant “blind spots” and “surprise strengths”; and captures “open-ended” comments from your stakeholders about your leadership strengths and development needs. Also supplement reading materials are shared with you.

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

This online assessment tool is for all levels. It helps you understand who you are, your behaviours and how these play out in your everyday career. Differences in behaviour result primarily from your inborn tendencies to use your minds in different ways. As you act on these tendencies, you develop patterns of behaviour. You receive a detailed 26 page report.

CPI260 (for leaders) California Psychological Inventory

This online tool will include information about your approach to life, how you see yourself, and how you compare to others on characteristics that are important at work and in everyday life. The CPI260 report begins with three basic orientations

  1. toward other people and interpersonal experience

  2. toward conventional rules and values

  3. toward one’s inner feelings

The CPI260 results will help you to understand yourself and to achieve your own personal objectives. You will receive 2 detailed reports, 1 - 10 page report and 1 - 17 page report (for leaders)

All assessments are fully debriefed with me as your Certified Coach, either in person or via Zoom.
